SM Arnold Black Dye is ideal for restoring the color of vinyl, leather, bumpers, auto trim kick panels, dashboards and fiberglass. It is essential to clean the surface thoroughly first to remove any build-up of polish, dirt or silicones.
Vacuum and clean the carpet, vinyl, or plastic to be dyed, removing the stains as much as possible. Make the carpet fibers stand up by brushing the carpet. Protect any areas that you do not want dyed. Spray area using light even passes. Apply a second coat, if you desire more coverage.
