Do you offer local pickup?
Yes, we do offer local pickup for customers who are nearby! To take advantage of local pickup, you must select the local pickup option during the checkout process.
Please note:
- If you select local pickup but are located out of state, our team will contact you to provide a shipping estimate.
- Payment for shipping will be required before we release your order for delivery.
Orders
How do I track my order?
Tracking the status of your order is easy. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a unique tracking number. You can use this tracking number on our website or the carrier's website to monitor the real-time status and location of your package.
Can I modify or cancel after it has been placed?
We understand that circumstances may change. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that orders are processed quickly to ensure prompt delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?
We offer flexible and secure payment options designed to make purchasing fast, convenient, and reliable for both retail and commercial customers. We proudly accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. For customers who prefer digital checkout, we also accept secure electronic payments such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay where available.
What do I do if my order was damaged or if I received the wrong item?
If your order was damaged in transit or if you received an incorrect item please give us a call at (402)-205-4199 for further assistance. We will replace the damaged order / incorrect item at no additional cost.
Shipping
What shipping options do you offer?
We work with UPS for all of our small parcel shipments. We utilize 2 separate accounts to provide the most competitive rates to our customer base. Orders are shipped UPS Ground with a 2-5 day typical lead time on delivery. Depending on where the order is being shipped to.
For any orders that require hazmat shipping & bulk orders with total weights exceeding 150 lbs, we ship LTL freight via SAIA or R&L. LTL shipments must be shipped to a valid business address and will require a custom quote.
How much does shipping cost?
The exact shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and the weight of the items in the customer's shopping cart. Customers can view the shipping costs during the checkout process before completing their purchase.
Are there any exclusions or limitations to the Free Shipping offer on orders $149+?
Our Free Shipping Offer applies only to stocked items and is subject to the following conditions:
- Eligibility: Free shipping is available only for orders shipping within the lower 48 states and for orders that have a total shipping cost of $30 or less.
- Exclusions: Free shipping does not apply to equipment, oversized, or bulky items, including products or orders exceeding 20 lbs or requiring additional handling.
- Manufacturer Direct Shipments: Products shipped directly from the manufacturer are not eligible for free shipping and are subject to additional shipping fees. This includes all products from Mi-T-M, BE Power Equipment, Mytee LLC, Sandia, Quantum Storage Systems, Luxor Workspaces, R&B Wire Products, Vapor Clean, and any other manufacturer-direct items.
- Additional Charges Notification: If an order exceeds these limitations, we will contact you to confirm any additional shipping fees before processing.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do offer international shipping to many countries. If you are interested in a product that has no restrictions or regulations within your country contact us for a custom quote.
Are there additional shipping fees for equipment or other bulk sized products?
Yes, we charge shipping fees for equipment orders based on rate quotes from SAIA or R&L Carriers. These rates are pre-set and determined by the shipping dimensions and weight of the product you are purchasing.
For products that are too large to be shipped via UPS, we use LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) shipping through R&L Carriers or SAIA. This applies to larger items such as:
- 15, 30, and 55-gallon drums
- Pressure washers
- Air compressors
- And more
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
At Custom Dealer Solutions, we strive to provide the highest quality products and exceptional service. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns unless there is an issue with your order, such as:
- You received the incorrect item.
- The product was damaged upon arrival.
- Another product-related issue occurred.
If you received the incorrect item, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and promptly ship out the correct product once the returned item is received.

What products are eligible for the newsletter signup order discount code?
All stocked products are eligible for the newsletter signup order discount code. This includes any products we carry in-house, such as our cleaning chemicals, vehicle appearance protection items, and related supplies.
Drop-shipped products that are non-equipment related also qualify for the discount. However, drop-shipped equipment items—including tools, machines, or larger equipment—are not included in the welcome discount.

How do i use a discount code?
Using a discount code is simple! When you have a valid discount code, follow these steps during checkout:
- Add the products you wish to purchase to your cart.
