Shipping

What shipping options do you offer?

We work with UPS for all of our small parcel shipments. We utilize 2 separate accounts to provide the most competitive rates to our customer base. Orders are shipped UPS Ground with a 2-3 day typical lead time on delivery. We do offer expedited services, contact us for more information.

What are typical shipping costs?

Our shipping costs are determined by the delivery location and size/weight of the order being shipped. A shipping estimate will be provided for you during the checkout process once an address has been inputted.

How are bulk products shipped?

Any of our products that are too large to be shipped UPS are shipped LTL by R&L Carriers or SAIA. These products include 15/30/55 Gallons, pressure washers, air compressors, & more. Please contact us for more information.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do offer international shipping to many countries. If you are interested in a product that has no restrictions or regulations within your country contact us for a custom quote.

Orders & Returns

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. We offer returns for up to 14 days after you received your order and only if the wrong product was received or if a product is damaged in transit. Customer satisfaction is our primary focus. Reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns before buying.

What do I do if my order was damaged or I received the wrong item?

If your order was damaged in transit or if you received an incorrect item please give us a call at (402)-205-4199 for further assistance. We will replace the damaged order / incorrect item at no additional cost.

Products & Discounts

Do you offer discounts or wholesale?

We offer a 10% off discount off your total order for signing up for our newsletter. We also provide seasonal discounts and flash sales that are emailed out to our newsletter subscribers.

CDS also has a wholesale program. The wholesale program includes dealer pricing and bulk discounts on many of our products. Contact us for more details.

Do you provide expert guidance on full product solutions?

YES, we always provide expert help and direction on what products to use depending on the situation. Our team works with customers daily to provide them with a sound chemical solution that caters to their needs.

We also provide discounts for dealerships, car washes, detail shops, etc. for full setup opportunities.

Do you offer private labeling?

We do have the capability to provide our customers with private labeling. We work directly with our chemists to provide customers with the opportunity of developing their own product line. Contact us to get connected with one of our sales representatives.
