What types of products do you offer?

At Custom Dealer Solutions, we specialize in providing a comprehensive range of products tailored to meet the needs of dealerships, detailers, and car care professionals. Our offerings include:

Yes, we do offer local pickup for customers who are nearby! To take advantage of local pickup, you must select the local pickup option during the checkout process.

Please note:

  • If you select local pickup but are located out of state, our team will contact you to provide a shipping estimate.
  • Payment for shipping will be required before we release your order for delivery.

Product Information

Do you provide expert guidance on full product solutions?

YES, we always provide expert help and direction on what products to use depending on the situation. Our team works with customers daily to provide them with a sound chemical solution that caters to their needs.

We also provide discounts for dealerships, car washes, detail shops, etc. for full setup opportunities.

Do you offer private labeling?

We do have the capability to provide our customers with private labeling. We work directly with our chemists to provide customers with the opportunity of developing their own product line. Contact us to get connected with one of our sales representatives.

Do you offer discounts, promotions or a wholesale program?

Yes, we offer several ways for our customers to save and benefit from partnering with us!

What products are eligible for the newsletter signup order discount code?

All stocked products are eligible for the newsletter signup order discount code. This includes any products we carry in-house, such as our cleaning chemicals, vehicle appearance protection items, and related supplies.

Drop-shipped products that are non-equipment related also qualify for the discount. However, drop-shipped equipment items—including tools, machines, or larger equipment—are not included in the welcome discount.

How do i use a discount code?

Using a discount code is simple! When you have a valid discount code, follow these steps during checkout:

  1. Add the products you wish to purchase to your cart.
  2. Proceed to the checkout page.
  3. Look for the Promo Code or Discount Code section during the checkout process.
  4. Enter your discount code into the field and click Apply.
  5. The discount will be automatically deducted from your order total for all qualifying products.

Shipping & Delivery

What are your shipping options?

We work with UPS for all of our small parcel shipments. We utilize 2 separate accounts to provide the most competitive rates to our customer base. Orders are shipped UPS Ground with a 2-3 day typical lead time on delivery. We do offer expedited services, contact us for more information.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do offer international shipping to many countries. If you are interested in a product that has no restrictions or regulations within your country contact us for a custom quote.

What do I do if my order was damaged or if I received the wrong item?

If your order was damaged in transit or if you received an incorrect item please give us a call at (402)-205-4199 for further assistance. We will replace the damaged order / incorrect item at no additional cost.

Are there additional shipping fees for equipment or other bulk sized products?

Yes, we charge shipping fees for equipment orders based on rate quotes from SAIA or R&L Carriers. These rates are pre-set and determined by the shipping dimensions and weight of the product you are purchasing.

For products that are too large to be shipped via UPS, we use LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) shipping through R&L Carriers or SAIA. This applies to larger items such as:

  • 15, 30, and 55-gallon drums
  • Pressure washers
  • Air compressors
  • And more

Returns & Refunds

What is your return & refund policy?

At Custom Dealer Solutions, we strive to provide the highest quality products and exceptional service. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns unless there is an issue with your order, such as:

  • You received the incorrect item.
  • The product was damaged upon arrival.
  • Another product-related issue occurred.

If you received the incorrect item, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and promptly ship out the correct product once the returned item is received.

If your order was damaged or there is a product-related issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@shopcds.com or call us at (402) 205-4199. Be sure to include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos (if applicable) to help us resolve the matter quickly.
